We went to Aulani in 2018. We spent a few days exploring Oahu and stayed near the North Shore and then we ended the trip with 4 nights at Aulani. It was lovely! The water park was SO much fun for all of us. The “lazy” river is so much fun - we went over and over again. There are fun water slides too. Also, beautiful infinity pools and an extremely calm and perfectly manicured beach as well. My daughter loved Aunty’s Beach House because they had great activities and character visits. My husband and I loved having her at the Beach House because we could test out the Spa and it was incredible. We also did the snorkel activity and my daughter still talks about how much she loved it! It’s all the fun of snorkeling (perfect coral, SO many tropical fish), but in a controlled environment with no risk of sharks which was perfect for our 5 year old! The Luau is an unforgettable experience with lots of hands-on cultural activities for the kids before the show.
